Once we have confirmed the items we will sell, we will provide information for delivery in person or by courier or registered post.

Authentication

Once we receive your items, we will confirm the authenticity either with documentation provided by the seller, or by our authentication partner, Luxury Authentication Australia (LAA).
Cost for authentication by LAA is $45-$100 depending on brand and item.
You can also organise authentication directly with LAA – use “VENLA LUXE” discount code.

Selling

We photograph, style, market & sell your items through our distribution channels; Instagram, Facebook and website. We will also cover the shipment costs if we sell your item online.
Note: VENLA LUXE items will NOT be displayed at a VENLA store.
