Tonal dressing ( all black, all cream or any colour way ) is an easy outfit to style and wear. Try  to choose different fabrics of the same colour to elevate

Metallic is a neutral so move over beige shoes and go for silver or gold.

Oversized is in, so think comfort….baggy trousers, wide-leg pants and oversized jumpers and blazers.

From a workout to lunch, choose a fantastic coat as your outer layer, and style it with a great handbag and sunglasses. The coat is the hero.  No one will notice your activewear underneath!
