What is VENLA LUXE?VENLA LUX is the place so shop for Luxury Brand Accessories: bags, shoes, belts, branded jewelry. We do not sell clothing, hats, watches, unbranded jewelry.
Are the items new or preloved?All items are preloved items in excellent condition. Some have never been worn (brand new with tags), and others are gently worn.
Are the items genuine?
All items sold at VENLA LUXE come with authentication. We partner with Luxury Authentication Australia to authenticate items. You can read about their services on their website:
luxuryauthentication.com.auIf you wish to sell designer items with us, and you cannot provide and authenticity documents, there will be a $45-$100charge to authenticate your item. An authenticity certificate will be provided to the purchaser of the item, or the seller should the item not sell.
What is the quality of the preloved items sold?
We only accept items in excellent condition. Items need to be cleaned and free of any defects.
Do you have a return or exchange policy?
All sales are final. We are happy to help with any queries, additional images and answer any questions you have prior to purchase. We cannot exchange or swap products. If an item is defective, please contact us via email at luxe@venla.com.au Once your return has been approved, please return to us within 5 business days.
Can I collect in store?
Items can be collected from VENLAMOSMAN store only. We are open 7 days /week.
How do I purchase on Instagram?
Simply click on the product link via Instagram stories and follow the prompts to checkout. Due to having only one of every item, products sell quickly. Your item(s) are not secure until checkout is complete.
How long do you consign items for?
Approximately 6 weeks. Unsold items will be returned to seller or donated to charity. An email will be sent to collect any unsold items, if not collected within 14 days we will donate to charity on your behalf. If seller opts for returns to be mailed, this will be at seller’s expense.
Shipping
Items are only shipped domestically in Australia – no international shipping is provided. All items are sent via Courier or AustraliaPost and tracking details will automatically be sent to you once dispatched. Items over $1,000 will be posted or couriered with added insurance.
