If want to sell your quality secondhand fashion, VENLA is the first place to look. With five stores across Sydney in Mosman, Manly, Bondi Junction, Balmain and Cronulla; and online deliveries across Australia, VENLA is your secondhand fashion heaven.

VENLA offers two distinct service options. With VENLA self-service you list and price your items on the VENLA platform and bring your items to the VENLA store the morning your rental starts and set up your rack. Two week rack rental is $245/$280; in addition to the rack rental, we charge a 25/30% commission on sold items.

VENLA all-inclusive for busy-bees
If you don't have time for VENLA self-service then VENLA's all-inclusive service might be an option for you to clear your wardrobe!  You bring the items to the VENLA store a day before your rental starts for us for pricing. We send the price list for your approval before setting up the rack for you.  In addition to the $245/280 for two week rack rental, we charge a 50% commission on sold items. Go through your wardrobe and choose the items you would like to sell. Make sure that they are VERY GOOD QUALITY and CLEAN. Think what would sell well now in the current season. What would you buy now yourself? Great brands always sell well. Make your rack look attractive for the buyer. Please note we do not accept real fur, swimwear, jewelry or dirty or faulty garments or accessories.

Generally between 50-70% or even more of the original full retail price. More importantly you are saving the planet!

Make your booking on VENLA website. Choose the dates that suit you. Your payment confirms your booking. You will receive email confirmation and username and password to access VENLA platform. If you choose the all-inclusive option, make your booking online and send us an email to confirm all-inclusive service.

What is your intention? Sell fast and offload most of your items?  In this case, price them affordably. Or are you wanting to be more strategic and work on your rack? Then do a bit more research on how much you want to sell them for.

Check what a new item sells for online. Make sure the garment is not cheaper online than you would charge for it. Think like a buyer. Is the garment in good shape? Is it good quality, brand and condition? Is it the recent season? How much would you pay for it? If you have the original price tags on in your garments take min 50-70% off the original full retail price.

If you have high-end brands (handbags, shoes) including original receipts and/or authentication online services such as the Luxury Authentication Australia (LAA) will provide buyers peace of mind and a better price for you. Detailed instructions are emailed to you when you make your booking. Pricing your items is easy in the VENLA platform - short product description and price is all that's needed.  We will print the price tags for you when you bring your items to our store.
